After this coming weekend, I'll post my next round of research about what the Department for Work and Pensions has done, and how Job Centre Plus staff are not trained.
You will also hear about my visit to my local ATOS center in Bristol, where I underwent a "so-called" Medical Assessment (on behalf of the DW&P).
